An American ale inspired by a classic American dessert. This bourbon barrel-aged ale was inspired by peach cobbler - from the fruit filling down to the spices. We took the liberty of adding juicy peaches and apricots to our barrel-aged ale, dusting it with cinnamon and adding vanilla to impart a sweet creaminess. The result is smooth and rich with fruity peach and apricot flavors, vanilla notes, and the unmistakable warmth of cinnamon, making one of the best dessert beers the land of the free has seen.
