C’est la vie… and c’est the pinnacle of Terreux-style oenobeers: Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Malbec grapes and wort, natively cofermenting in harmony. All the funky tartness comes straight from the wild yeast and microorganisms found on the grapes’ surface, blending beautifully with our classic imperial Rueuze base. Rich, vinous, and one-of-a-kind, c’est tres bonne!
