Tequila barrel-aged sour blonde ale with grapefruit and lime

Salud! Inspired by the bright flavors of the Paloma and the bar in Mexico that invented it, La Capilla is bursting with citrus, aromatics, and the perfect sour twist. After aging our sour blonde ale in choice tequila barrels, we added grapefruit and lime to mimic the flavors of the drink. Rim with salt and garnish with a lime wedge, or enjoy it as is.
