Imperial sour blonde ale aged in oak barrels | 8.4% ABV

A nod to the land of lambic — Beersel, Belgium — this ale is a bit fuller-bodied with a rounder sourness and a little more funk. It gains levels of complexity aging in French and American Oak barrels, but stays true to its roots.

Rue Sans
Sour rye ale with Roussanne grapes aged in oak barrels | 10.2% ABV

Our team of Bruers scoured the hills of Santa Barbara Highlands Vineyard, where we tasted and hand-selected Roussanne grapes which were then introduced to Sour in the Rye. After a year in premium American Oak barrels, Rue Sans emerged a robust ale with hints of honeysuckle, apricot, rye, oak, and spice noted.
