Foeder-aged saison ale

Inspired by tradition, guided by taste. A Bruer’s spin on a classic style, this saison was bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and French saison yeast. The nose is blanketed with funky, earthy notes, while the palate is treated to sweet, bready flavors with a medium bitterness and a hint of citrus.
